The Oklahoma City Police Athletic League is a juvenile crime prevention program that provides educational and athletic programs for all children, primarily those in high-risk neighborhoods.  PAL is governed by a Board of Directors and staffed by Police Officers through the Community Relations Unit.  PAL is an incorporated not for profit 501 (c) (3) organization financed by fundraising events, grants, and private donations.

The Big Picture

PAL is developing South Rotary Park to enable us to continue to provide more programs and reach more children living in at-risk neighborhoods.  To date this development includes the construction of three baseball fields, five soccer fields, and resurfacing existing tennis courts.  PAL intends to secure funding for future capital improvement projects that include a concessions/restrooms building and a main facility/gymnasium.  These improvements will allow PAL to office out of the facility and become a stronger, positive influence in the community.
