SKYLINE GYM MENTORING
PAL offers Muscles and Mentors & Fitness after-school programs at Skyline Gym, running Monday–Thursday from 4:00–6:00 p.m. Youth ages can take part in a safe, energizing, and supportive environment focused on physical wellness and personal growth.
Along with structured workouts and sports, participants also visit our supplement shop station, where they learn about basic nutrition, healthy fueling habits, and how proper supplements can support their training.
Through fitness challenges, teamwork, homework support, and guided mentoring, PAL coaches use working out as a powerful tool to build character, discipline, and confidence—helping young people grow stronger in every aspect of their lives.
FORMS
PROGRAMS
Led by Oklahoma City Police Department Officer Clay Cline, the Muscles and Mentors program provides youth with guidance in fitness, wellness, and healthy habits through one-on-one and small-group mentorship. The program promotes physical health while using fitness as a foundation for character building, confidence, discipline, and positive decision-making, helping young people grow stronger both inside and out.
MUSCLES & MENTORS
PAL Fitness, led by Oklahoma City Police Department Officer Ivan Venegas, is more than just a workout—it's a full program designed to build a foundation for success. Youth participate in strength and agility training to improve physical fitness, coordination, and confidence, while also learning nutrition basics and receiving free supplements to support their health and growth. The program helps young people develop healthy habits, discipline, and confidence that extend beyond the gym.
