7v7 FOOTBALL – VOLLEYBALL — SOFTBALL — GOLF
7V7 FOOTBALL
Our football league is played co-ed without flags, focusing on passing play and defense. Our teams are assembled with help from PAL officers, OKCPS staff, and PAL volunteers. Football teams represent their middle schools proudly, and play their scheduled PAL games on Saturday's at their feeder High Schools. This creates fun inter-school rivalries, and promotes the growth and development of OKCPS Athletics programs.
We firmly believe being apart of something bigger than you is a powerful and encouraging tool towards lifelong success!
VOLLEYBALL

Our softball league partners with the OKC Rookie League Foundation to create a developmental program, focused on teaching the foundamentals of softball and providing and encouraging and uplifting environment for female athletes. The PAL softball league prioritizes teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and personal development while creating a love of the game.

GOLF
OKC PAL is excited to team up with First Tee and 3 Bird Youth Golf to offer a unique opportunity for youth to explore the game of golf. Designed to be both accessible and impactful, this program introduces students to the sport while emphasizing life lessons such as confidence, focus, and sportsmanship. Whether it's learning how to swing a club or navigating challenges with a positive mindset, participants gain valuable skills that extend far beyond the course. All instruction and equipment are provided at no cost, making this a welcoming and rewarding experience for beginners and aspiring young golfers alike
